Description:
EURO-FUNDING Multilateral Projects S.L. is looking for a socio-economist for “EU-AFD technical assistance programme to support reforms in the water and wastewater sectors in Lebanon” project:
The objective of this assignment is to develop a Water Supply Master Plan (WSMP) for the Project Area in order to meet the water demand at the Project’s Horizon; and to set up a phased investment plan for required water supply infrastructure by ten years increments.
The socio-economist must fulfill the following requirements:
Principal duties:
Directly responsible for all financial studies, in particular setting out the investment plan.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance or Economy.
- 15 years’ experience as financial analyst.
- Experience in at least two projects of similar size and scope of work as senior financial analyst.
- At least seven years’ experience in financial cost stream in terms of capital and O&M cost of water systems infrastructures.
- Fluent in English languages.
