EURO-FUNDING Multilateral Projects S.L. is looking for a Team leader for “EU4Business Facility – Phase 3” Project:

The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the development of sustainable and equitable economic growth in the EaP countries, which can generate more investments and improve socio-economic conditions and employment opportunities for citizens.

The Team Leader must fulfill the following requirements:

Qualifications and skills

  • Master-level degree, or equivalent, in Economics, Law, Business Administration or any other discipline relevant for this assignment (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Excellent command of English (written and oral) is mandatory. Knowledge of Russian would be an asset
  • Proven professional experience in a management position in 2 programmes with at least 3 different stakeholders and multiple objectives (more than 2)
  • Proven experience with Project Cycle Management and Logical Framework Analysis
  • Proven experience in monitoring/evaluation of EU funded projects
  • Proven knowledge of the SME sector in the Eastern Neighbourhood region (policies, business climate, major issues and challenges, legal framework and institutional setup) would be an asset
  • Good knowledge of IFIs cooperation instruments providing support to the private sector would be an asset

General professional experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management position in international projects and/or multi-partner projects, of which at least 3 years as a Team Leader (or equivalent in terms of responsibility) for projects with a duration equal or superior to 12 months.

Specific professional experience

  • At least 10 years’ experience in private sector development and/or SME development projects;
  • At least 10 years’ professional experience working in/on the Eastern Neighbourhood region

Notes:

  • The Key Expert must be independent and free from conflict of interest in the responsibilities they take on.
  • Expected start date of the project: 01 June 2023, with a duration of 48 months.
  • The Team Leader will be assigned a minimum of 420 working days.
